159.05 OFFICERS.

The officers of the Weller Memorial Commission shall consist of a president, who shall be the member having the shortest term to serve, a vice-president, secretary and treasurer. The vice-president, secretary and treasurer shall be elected by the Commission at its first regular meeting in January of each year, and shall serve for a term of one year.
