149.09 EFFECTIVE DATES OF EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS.

The educational requirements for promotions of firefighters to Lieutenant, Captain and Deputy Chief identified in Section 149.032(d)(1)(2)(3) Fire Fighter Promotions, shall become the sole education requirements for all promotional exams given after 01/20/2016.
