As soon as practicable after the completion of a written evaluation of any employee of the City, the head or designee of such department shall review the evaluation in person with the employee, advising him of his performance in each of the rating categories and explaining the reasons for such scores. In addition, areas where the employee is strong, as well as areas where improvement is suggested, shall be explained to the employee.
