133.08 PART-TIME PROSECUTOR.

(a) The Director of Law is authorized to appoint a Part-time Prosecutor with the duties of prosecution of matters before Tiffin Municipal Court in accordance with Ohio R.C. 733.51.

(b) The position of Part-time Prosecutor may include any licensed practicing attorney residing within the jurisdiction of Tiffin Municipal Court.
