133.04 ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF LAW FOR ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS.

(a) The position of Assistant Director of Law for annexation is hereby established for the purpose of processing and handling all matters connected with annexation proceedings on behalf of petitioners wishing to annex to the City of Tiffin, and in all matters relating thereto.

(b) The Assistant Director of Law for annexation shall be appointed by the Director of Law according to law.
