133.03 ACTING ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF LAW.

(a) The position of Acting Assistant Director of Law is hereby established for the purpose of acting in the place and stead of the Assistant Director of Law while he is on vacation, ill or otherwise not available for prosecuting actions in the Tiffin Municipal Court.

(b) The Acting Assistant Director of Law shall be appointed by the Director of Law according to law.
