121.05 RESPONSE TO NOTICES FROM DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR CONTROL.
   When Council receives a notice from the Department of Liquor Control relating to a liquor permit within the City, the notice shall be referred to the Street, Sidewalk and Sewer Committee which shall meet and consider the matter as soon as practicable. The Street, Sidewalk and Sewer Committee shall decide what action to take in response to such notice by a roll call vote upon a motion by a member of the Committee at a lawfully called meeting of the Committee. If the decision of the Street, Sidewalk and Sewer Committee is supported by all four members of the Committee, then the Chairman of the Committee shall respond in writing to the Ohio Department of Liquor Control on the form supplied by the Department. If the decision of the Street, Sidewalk and Sewer Committee is not supported by all four members of the Committee, then the Chairman of the Street, Sidewalk and Sewer Committee shall report that fact to the entire Council at the next regular or special meeting of Council where such matter can appropriately be considered, and Council shall then decide how to respond to the notice by a motion and roll call vote. The President of Council shall then send Council's response to the Ohio Department of Liquor Control upon the form provided by the Department.
