(a) Council hereby adopts "Rules for Notification of Meetings to the Public and News Media" as applicable to regular meetings, special meetings and meetings of any members thereof which include a majority of the members of Council, as attached to original Resolution 76-10.
(b) Chapter 121 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Tiffin shall be in effect continuously as permanent procedural requirements, subject to such amendment as Council shall from time to time incorporate by its own action by simple majority vote or as is required by other proper authority.
(c) Any portion of Chapter 121 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Tiffin may be suspended on an ad hoc basis by a three-fourths majority vote of the members of Council.
