121.03 SMOKING PROHIBITED AT MEETINGS.
   No smoking shall be permitted by anyone in attendance at a regular or special meeting of Council, including City officials, employees or members of the general public.
   (a)   The President of Council is authorized to place a sign or signs reading "No Smoking" or equivalent if he deems necessary.
   (b)   The President of Council is authorized to admonish any person violating this regulation, and if in his judgment such violation persists he is authorized to direct such person or persons forthwith to leave the meeting room, and to direct any police officer to eject such violator if such person or persons refuse such demand by the President.
