909.06 CONSULTATIONS.

(a) In implementing these regulations, the City Engineer, or other City officials, may consult with the Seneca Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD), state and federal agencies, and other technical experts as necessary.

(b) Any costs associated with such consultations may be assessed to the applicant or the applicant's agent. (Ord. 19-68. Passed 11-4-19.)
