143.08 AGE LIMITS FOR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT.

(a) No person shall be eligible to receive an original appointment to the Fire/Rescue Division unless that person has reached the age of eighteen (18) on the effective date of their appointment.

In the case of lateral transfer hires, applicants shall be 41 years of age or less at the time of employment.
