721.05 SWEEPSTAKE TERMINAL CAFÉ LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct or operate a sweepstake terminal café in the City without having first obtained a license therefore as provided in this Chapter, which licensee shall be designated as a sweepstake terminal café license.
