1313.99 PENALTY.

The failure of the owner to submit sheets or plans as required by Section 1313.04, shall constitute a minor misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) with each continuing day constituting a separate offense.
