Within thirty days after receipt of any notice or order required in this Chapter 1309 or the last publication of the same in a newspaper, as provided herein, the owner may appeal a finding by the Code Official to the Zoning Board of Appeals. Such appeal may be made as to the entire order, or to any part of the order. Appeal of part of the order shall not remove the obligation to effect the repairs not appealed.
