1147.02  GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   The formulation, administration, and enforcement of this Zoning Ordinance is hereby vested in the following offices and bodies within the City of Tiffin government:
   (a)   Zoning Inspector.
   (b)   Planning Commission.
   (c)   Zoning Board of Appeals.
