(a) Removal Credits. Where applicable, the City may elect to initiate a program of removal credits as part of this chapter to reflect the POTW's ability to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 CPR Part 403.7.
(b) Net/Gross Calculations. The City may elect to adjust Categorical Pretreatment Standards to reflect the presence of pollutants in the discharger's intake water, in accordance with 40 CPR 403.15. (Ord. 14-26. Passed 5-5-14.)
