907.03 AUTHORITY FOR CLASSIFICATION.

Classification for the purpose of distinguishing classifications between domestic, commercial or industrial charges: the City Administrator may classify any establishment in any class based on the characteristics or strength of the wastewater discharge into the City sewer system as specified in Section 908.03.
