905.02 EXCAVATIONS AND OBSTRUCTIONS TO BE GUARDED.

All openings and obstructions in any street, lane or alley, must be carefully guarded at all times with sufficient barriers, and during the night time shall be indicated by colored lights and such other precautions shall be taken to cause the least inconvenience to property owners and the general public.
