Any license holder whose license is suspended in accordance with Section 715.10 above, may appeal such suspension by notice to the City Administrator mailed within ten days of the receipt of the notice of suspension. Upon receipt of such notice, the City Administrator shall schedule a hearing to be held no later than five days after receipt of the notice of appeal. Within five days following the hearing, the City Administrator shall mail notice of his decision by first class mail to the license holder.
