549.10 SHOOTING ARROWS FROM BOWS AND CROSSBOWS.
   (a)   No person shall shoot a broadhead or hunting head arrow from a bow, crossbow or similar device within the corporation limits of the City.
   (b)   No person shall shoot a target arrow from a bow, crossbow or similar device within the corporation limits of the City, except within the confines of a building or property having suitable protection to prevent the arrow from leaving the building or property.
   (c)   There shall be excluded from this prohibition the use of bows and arrows for the purpose of fishing in any stream within the corporate limits if the arrow is equipped with a retaining cord or cable not exceeding fifty feet in length of sufficient strength to limit the arrow's travel to the prescribed distance.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
