§ 130.47  NO MARIHUANA ESTABLISHMENT.
   The Village of Three Oaks hereby prohibits all marihuana establishments within the boundaries of the village pursuant to Initiated Law 1 of 2018, M.C.L.A. §§ 333.27951 et seq., as may be amended.
