A. The public facilities impact fees (as set forth on the schedule attached as appendix C to the ordinance codified herein) incorporated herein by reference, are hereby imposed upon all new development in the city.
B. This schedule may be amended by resolution or ordinance duly passed by the city council. Each such resolution or ordinance shall refer to this chapter and by such reference the resolution or ordinance shall be deemed an amendment to this chapter. (Ord. 299-06-07, 4-24-2007, eff. 5-24-2007)
