A. Form: All special improvement or sewer district warrants from and after November 27, 1911, and the passage of this Chapter, shall be in form and language, substantially as follows:

The City of Three Forks, Montana, will pay to the order of the sum of Dollars, ($ ), as authorized by Resolution No. creating Special Improvement or Sewer District No. as therein described, passed provisionally on the and finally passed and approved on the , laws, resolutions and ordinances relating thereto in payment of the contract in accordance therewith.
This Warrant bears interest at the rate of per cent annum from the date of registration of this warrant, as expressed herein, until the date called for redemption by the City Clerk. The interest on this warrant is payable annually on the day of in each year unless otherwise paid previous thereto, and as expressed in the interest coupons hereto attached.
This Warrant is payable from the collection of a special tax or assessment which is a lien against the real estate within said district, as described in said resolution hereinbefore referred to.
This warrant is redeemable at the option of the City at any time there are funds to the credit of said Improvement District Fund, for the redemption thereof, and in the manner provided for the redemption of the same.
It is hereby certified and recited that all acts and things required to be done precedent to the issuance of this warrant, have been done, happened and been performed in the manner prescribed by the laws of the State of Montana, the resolutions and ordinances of the City of Three Forks, State of Montana, relating to the issuance thereof.

B. Warrants Signed By Mayor: All special improvement or sewer district warrants shall be signed by the designated officer and the Seal of the City shall be affixed to each warrant. All interest coupons shall be signed by the Mayor and City Clerk, or shall bear the printed facsimile signature of the Mayor and City Clerk thereon. (1977 Code § 3.12.020)
C. Warrants In Denomination: Special improvement or sewer district warrants may be in the denomination of one hundred dollars ($100.00), or multiple or fractional parts thereof, as the purposes for which said warrants are issued may require. (1977 Code § 3.12.030)
D. Numbering Warrants And Interest Coupons: All special improvement or sewer district warrants, together with the interest coupons attached, for the respective districts against which the same are issued, shall be numbered consecutively beginning with No. 1 for each district and designated on the face of the warrant the respective district to which such warrants are applicable, and all warrants in call for payment shall be redeemed in the order of their registration.
