A. Enforcement Officials Designated: The city clerk shall designate the numbers of all houses in conformity with the provisions of this chapter allowing one number for each twenty five feet (25') of ground front in each block, and shall furnish the owner of each house now or hereafter to be built with its proper number as soon as completed.
B. Failure Of Owner To Number:
1. When any building is not correctly numbered or not numbered at all, the city clerk shall give each building its proper number and require the same to be put upon such building in a conspicuous place next to the street or avenue as the case may be, at the expense of the owner. 2. Until the building is numbered, the city will not provide any utility service to the building. (2000 Code)
