4-4-28: SEPARABILITY:
If any section, subsection or clause of this chapter shall be deemed to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the validity of the remaining sections, subsections and clauses shall not be affected thereby. (Ord. 275-A-03-04, 12-9-2003)
