(A) Water rates, generally.
(1) For the use of, and service rendered by the waterworks, each user shall be charged in an amount based upon a fee schedule, as shown in division (B) below.
(2) All other provisions of the town’s current water rates and charges not amended by this section shall remain in full force and effect.
(3) The provisions herein, when approved and adopted, shall be effective for the “A” rates beginning with the June 2014 consumption period and billed for the July 2014 billing period, and for the “B” rates beginning with the June 2015 consumption period and billed for the July 2015 billing period, and thereafter.
(B) Water rates and charges specifically.
