§ 51.01 FLUORIDATION AUTHORIZED.
   The water utility is hereby authorized and directed to have plans and specifications prepared for the purpose and installation of equipment to add sodium fluoride to the water being distributed by the town, and to submit them to the State Board of Health for approval.
