§ 50.09 FUEL SURCHARGES.
   A fuel surcharge of one-fourth of a cent ($0.0025) per kWh billed per customer shall be added to all rates and charges to be collected by the town, from customers of the electric utility system owned and operated by said town and is hereby adopted.
