(A) The provisions of I.C. 8-1-2-103(d) are hereby adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein such that the charges for production, storage, transmission, sale, and delivery, or furnishing of water for public fire protection purposes shall be added to the basic rates of all customers of the Town Utilities and its successors and assigns as regulated by the State Utility Regulatory Commission.
(B) The effective date for addition of these charges in the basic rate shall be June 18, 2012 and that after said date, the costs of any fire hydrant installed at the request of the town shall be paid by or on behalf of the town.
