§ 34.17 ELECTRIC CASH RESERVE FUND.
   The Town Council shall establish an Electric Cash Reserve Fund which purpose shall be to fund water utilities of the town; that the Town Council may transfer pursuant to I.C. 36-1-3 to the General Fund of the town.
