§ 33.41 DISMISSAL.
   (A)   A reserve officer may be discharged at any time for any reason and he or she shall not be entitled to any hearing as to his or her discharge.
   (B)   The volunteers are subject to the rules and regulations of the town and may be dismissed without cause.
