§ 33.39 QUALIFICATIONS.
   The basic qualifications necessary to become a reserve officer are as follows.
   (A)   All applicants will pass the minimum requirements before being considered for appointment as a Reserve Deputy Marshal.
   (B)   All applicants must:
      (1)   Be an American citizen;
      (2)   Be at least 21 years of age;
      (3)   Meet weight and height proportional to good health;
      (4)   Be a high school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent;
      (5)   Have no felony convictions;
      (6)   Possess a current state driver’s license;
      (7)   Submit to a character background investigation; and
      (8)   Submit to a lie detector test.
