§ 33.22 COLLECTION OF FEES; DEPOSIT.
   At least monthly, the Clerk of the Court shall deposit all money collected under this subchapter with the Clerk/Treasurer of the town. The Clerk/Treasurer shall deposit each fee collected into the local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
