The Fund established by this subchapter shall consist of fees collected under I.C. 33-37. A local law enforcement continuing education fee in an amount set from time to time by the Council shall be taxed in each case where a defendant is found to have committed a violation of a provision of this code of ordinances or ordinance of the town.
