(A) Upon request, the Town Marshal or his or her Deputy Marshal may issue a copy of a police report in the discretion of the officer to whom the request was made.
(B) The fee for such copy will be as set from time to time by the Council.
(C) A fee, as set from time to time by the Council, will be charged when a police officer for the town completes a state title certifying the vehicle identification number.
