§ 33.04 FUND ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSE.
   There is hereby established a Law Enforcement Training Fund and all fees collected from the applications for a handgun license shall be deposited in such Fund and used exclusively for the purpose of training law enforcement officers in the proper use of firearms or other law enforcement duties.
