§ 32.31 AUTHORITY OF UTILITY SERVICE BOARD.
   Pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-3-4(a)(1), the Utility Service Board shall fix the number and compensation of employees subject to final approval of the Board at which time the Council may lower, but not raise such salaries and wages.
