§ 32.15 VACATION.
   (A)   The town shall provide paid vacation for all of its employees. Such vacation time shall be computed as follows.
      (1)   (a)   Any employee working three months and one day shall receive one day paid vacation within a given calendar year. Any employee working six months and one day shall receive an additional one day paid vacation within a given calendar year.
         (b)   Any employee working nine months and one day shall receive an additional one day paid vacation within a given calendar year.
         (c)   Beginning with the tenth month, an employee shall receive an additional two days vacation for a total of five days of paid vacation. An employee working more than one year and less than five years shall receive one week’s paid vacation.
      (2)   Any employee working more than five and less than ten years for the town shall receive two weeks’ paid vacation within a given calendar year.
      (3)   Any employee working more than ten and less than 15 years shall receive three weeks’ paid vacation within a given calendar year.
      (4)   Any employee working in excess of 15 years shall receive four weeks’ paid vacation within a given calendar year.
   (B)   Vacation time shall not be accumulative from year to year. All employees’ vacations are subject to approval as to timing by their immediate superior. The town does retain the right to schedule vacations in order to provide continuous services to the town as deemed necessary.
   (C)   Any employee, upon termination, may include a vacation period to the date of termination if scheduling so allows, however, no accumulated vacation will be paid unless actually taken as a result of termination of employment.
