(A) Fund established. The Town Council does hereby create Fund #168 which is designated as the Community Development Block Grant Covid 19 Phase 3 Fund and shall be the depository fund for CDBG funds.
(B) Permitted uses. The CDBG funds shall be used in accordance with grant requirements and instructions.
(C) Internal controls shall be designated, implemented, and documented to provide reasonable assurance that the CDBG funds will be safeguarded and used in accordance with the grant requirements.
