§ 150.141 ADMINISTRATION OF UNSAFE BUILDING LAW.

The Town Council shall be the executive department authorized to administer this subchapter. The "enforcement authority" as defined by I.C. 36-7-9-2 shall be the Town of Thorntown Building Inspector, or such organization that the Town Council may contract with to provide building inspection services for the town. The "hearing authority" shall be the Town of Thorntown Town Council.
