§ 150.140 ADOPTION OF UNSAFE BUILDING LAW.
   The Town of Thorntown hereby adopts I.C. 36-7-9 et seq. which establishes the Indiana Unsafe Building Law and explicitly incorporates by reference the definition of "substantial property interest" found in I.C. 36-7-9-2.
