The following are exempted from the provisions of this subchapter:
(A) Noise or sounds emitted from any authorized emergency vehicle;
(B) Parades, festivals, carnivals, fairs, celebrations, concerts, artistic performances or any other event authorized by the town;
(C) Noise arising from or created by athletic or sporting practices or events;
(D) Sounds associated with the normal conduct of legally established non-transient businesses when such sounds are customary and within the normal range appropriate for such use and do not constitute unlawful noise. Noises ordinarily associated with agricultural uses. Noises ordinarily associated with aircrafts, airports and trains; and
(E) Fireworks used in accordance with I.C. 22-11-14.
