§ 31.52 TOWN PLANNING BOARD.
   (A)   Establishment. A Town Planning Board is established. It shall consist of the Town Building Inspector and two members. The Town Building Inspector and two members shall serve a one-year term and be appointed by the Town Council at the first meeting of each year. Each member shall reside in the county.
   (B)   Powers. The Town Planning Board powers, duties, and authorities are addressed in Ch. 150, Building Regulations, and Ch. 152, Planning and Development; Zoning, and by the local and state building codes. Zoning issues and variances will need final approval from the Town Council.
   (C)   Meetings. Town Planning Board meetings will be held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall. Minutes will be kept, recorded, and reported to the Town Council for its monthly meeting on the third Monday of the month.
