§ 31.50 BOARDS ESTABLISHMENT; GENERALLY.
   (A)   The town shall establish such boards as are deemed necessary by the Town Council to efficiently and effectively carry out the services and functions of the town.
   (B)   The following Boards are established:
      (1)   Town Park Board; and
      (2)   Town Planning Board.
