§ 50.11 DISPOSAL OF LIMBS AND OTHER TREE MATERIAL.
   (A)   The town, through the Thorntown Utility Department, will maintain a location for the disposal of limbs and other tree material by residents of the Town of Thorntown.
   (B)   It will be unlawful for any person to dump any other items or materials at that location.
   (C)   If any person found to have violated this section shall be subject to the following fines:
      (1)   First offense: $50; and
      (2)   Second and subsequent offense: $100.
