The Town Court, as originally established by Ord. 1966-2 passed and approved on February 28, 1966, and as continued by Ord. 1978-4 to and including December 31, 1983, is hereby continued pursuant to I.C. 33-35-1-1 until abolished by future ordinance of the Council.
