§ 31.36 COURT SEAL.
   (A)   The Town Judge shall provide, at the expense of the town, a seal for such Court which shall contain on the face the words: “Town Court OF THORNTOWN, INDIANA”.
   (B)   A description of such seal, together with an impress thereof, shall be spread of records of such Court.
