§ 31.34 TOWN COURT BOOKKEEPER.
   (A)   The Town Council hereby creates the position of Town Court Bookkeeper. The Town Court Judge shall have the authority to appoint such Bookkeeper, with the approval of the Town Council.
   (B)   The Bookkeeper shall serve pursuant to the direction of the Town Judge.
