(A) (1) The officers of the Town Court shall be a Judge and a Bailiff.
(2) The Judge of the Court shall also act as the Clerk of the Court, and the Town Marshal shall act as the Bailiff.
(B) The Town Judge shall be elected by the legal voters of such town as the time and in the manner as the other town officers are elected for a term of four years and until his or her successor is elected and qualified.
(C) His or her term of office shall begin at 12:00 noon on January 1 following his or her election. He or she shall perform the duties of his or her office pursuant to I.C. 33-35.
