All judgments, decrees, orders, and proceedings of the Town Court shall have the same force and effect as those of the Circuit Court, except that no judgment shall be a lien on real estate otherwise than as provided by a transcript of such judgment and filing the same in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
